Why have I only received part of my order?
When customers make their order, we try get the products packaged and shipped out to you as fast as possible. So if you have ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in more than one package. You are still able to track all items in your order.
Will I be charged taxes upon receiving part of my order?
Customers may need to pay import charges upon receiving they goods. MyKid ABC does not have any control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office for information specific to your country.
I need to change something on my order. How do I do this?
We ship items out very soon after receiving the orders. So if you need to change something regarding your order please email us as soon as possible. We will do our very best to make that happen.

I live in Europe, will i need to pay import taxes to receive my parcel?
If you order products from your site for delivery to on of the international delivery destinations (including Europe), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Are your products safe for my children?
All our products are quality checked and sanitised before being processed and packed in a warehouse which adheres to social distancing and sanitation rules. Our items also comes with with tagged safety instructions so you can rest assured they are safe.

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.
We (www.mykidabc.com) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is Order Processing Time (1-2 days) + Delivery Time (6-8 working days).
All orders are shipped through our courier partners.
Shipping time: UK+Europe up to 8 working days.
In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location or due to COVID-19, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.
Customs taxes according to the nature of each country shall be borne by the customer and he must be aware of its details according to his country.
When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s).
